At iGreen Travels, we keep our cancellation policy clear, fair, and flexible.
If you cancel your booking:
- 45+ days before departure – 100% refund (minus a 10% non-refundable deposit) OR 100% travel credit valid for 12 months and may change with local cost increases.
- 30–44 days before departure – 70% refund OR 100% travel credit valid for 12 months and may change with local cost increases.
- 14–29 days before departure – 50% refund OR 75% travel credit valid for 12 months and may change with local cost increases.
- •0–13 days before departure – No refund, but 50% travel credit valid for 12 months and may change with local cost increases.
Note: The 10% deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to another date or traveler at no extra cost.
If iGreen Travels cancels your trip due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen issues, you can choose:
- 100% refund of all payments made.
- 100% travel credit valid for 12 months and may change with local cost increases.
- Free rebooking to a future date.
In force majeure situations (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.):
- We refund any recoverable costs from suppliers.
- The remaining balance is given as travel credit, valid for 12 months and may change with local cost increases.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days after written confirmation of cancellation.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations.
